Sour ale with Pears, Cardamom and vanilla. Inspired by Kridderkake- a Norwegian spice cake, often served with poached pears. Mildly tart, with warm spice and pear aromas and flavors.

Pours a cloudy bright yellow orange with a thin bubbly white head that dissipates to a ring on top fairly quickly. Pomme fruit sour and spice. Odd match up but it worked.
