Appearance This one shows off the classic amber color and sports a decent, white head.
Smell The citrusy hops are pleasing to the nose and are held up with an equally delightful malt base. The malt is grainy but very easygoing.
Taste Boy, was this terrific. The crystal hops were a perfect selection for this ale. They went very well with the malts that were used. Its basic American grain but extremely well done. The lovely sweet finish rounded things out nicely. The hops, grain, and sweetness are all expertly balanced.
Mouthfeel This was light-bodied but very refreshing with some dryness towards the end.
Drinkability I am not a big fan of the style, but this was terrific. The balance especially makes this an excellent session ale.
