Notes: Saison brewed with mango and fresh peppercorns. 7.7% abv. 25 IBUs. Clear golden body beneath a foamy head of white that holds well and leaves some nice lacing. It's fruity and peppery in the aroma. The flavor follows with sweetish grainy malt and more fruitiness (mango? yes) and pepper. Moderately bitter and yet dry in the finish with a swirl of earth and spiciness. Medium bodied and crisp in the mouth. A nicely done strong saison with some additional flavor components.

Mango peppercorn saison
On draft at brewery.
Hazy golden yellow in color, white head. Mildly fruity aroma, a touch of pepper, Belgian herbal yeast esters. Taste is fairly sweet for a saison, mango upfront, earthy finish. Medium bodied, fuller than a typical saison. Overall pleasant flavors.
