Blueprint Brewing Co. "Brandy Peffercorn"
$6/9 oz. on tap at the brewery on 20 April 2019
Notes: Listed at 6.2% ABV. 42 IBUs. Its hazy amber colored body is capped by a full head of white foam. It smells of oak! The flavor brings in bready malt, fruit and Brandy? Is it aged in oak Brandy casks? Is this the Wendy Peffercorn (mango and peppercorn saison) aged in Brandy casks? It sure seems like it. It finishes dry with oakiness, a flicker of alcohol, and a swirl of earth and spiciness. Medium bodied and crisp in the mouth. Quite nice.

On draft at the brewery, in a snifter glass . Brandy barrel aged Wendy Peffercorn base beer.
Hazy orange golden color, white head. Boozy brandy aroma, smells pretty good. Taste is sweeter, the grape from the brandy and some bready malt. Medium bodied.
