Notes: Saison at 9% ABV. Lightly hazy straw gold body beneath a bright white head. Very good head retention and lacing. Interesting aroma... lemon drop? Also sugary and tart. The flavor confirms all of this with a delicately grainy, sweetish, tart, lemony, pear and apple-like flavor. It's not that bitter but it is balanced with a dry finish due to its tart acidity. Medium to medium-light in body and crisp. It's a little bit odd for a saison but good.
