A pastry inspired dessert sour. Brewed with graham crackers, vanilla bean, raspberry, and cinnamon. Reminiscent of your favorite pastries at your local pasticceria.

A: The beer is clear but very dark garnet red in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high pink head that died down, leaving a narrow collar of light pink bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of raspberries are present in the nose along with hints of vanilla bean.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of sweet raspberry jam along with notes of graham crackers.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I was really impressed with the combination of sweet raspberry and graham cracker flavors in the taste of this beer - it was almost like I was drinking a liquid linzer tart!

Red pour with a strong flavor of fresh raspberries. Flavor is intense raspberry. This is similar to a fruited lambic. Very drinkable, and refreshing. First foray into a Kill boro beer; and I really enjoyed this.
