This was a pale yellow brew with a low head. It was slightly cloudy, which was a surprise.
It smelled quite sweet, and the apple aroma was prominent.
The taste was a disappointment, however. It tasted of sour apples, with a low hop flavor. Not well balanced.
I wouldn't try this one again, I'd rather just go for a hard cider if given the choice.
