You are holding ENDO, a West Coast IPA that pokes fun at the times when life puts an unexpected bump in the road. There you are, cruising along while enjoying the ride, when all of a sudden your wheel hits an obstacle and stops your bike dead in its tracks. You go flying over the bars like Superman hoping for a soft landing. Congrats, you've done what cyclists refer to as an endo! Now what are you going to do? Quit or get back on the bike? ENDO is a classic West Coast IPA that is hopped exclusively with Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Strata hops. The resulting beer offers a smooth bitterness, dry finish, and aromas reminiscent of stone fruit, citrus fruit, and cannabis.

Not quite clear amber brew with sticky foam in the big Stout glass. Citrusy aroma. Fruity flavor with a bitter grapefruit peel edge. Slight malty sweetness. Plentifully hopped but moderately bitter. Quite drinkable and a classic West Coaster. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bine Y Vine. Born on 12/21/21

First time I’d seen this in cans, so grabbed it. Didn’t even look at the bottom to see that it was canned the previous day. Was actually still chilled at Trader Joe’s, a rarity. Had Dopeur Juicy IPA the day before and it was so much better than the taster I had previously, so was looking forward to this one. Untappd called this, “West Coast IPA hopped with Strata and Idaho 7 hops. Pleasant pine and citrus character with hints of cannabis and stone fruit. Crisp and brite.” I didn’t copy the can description, but Simcoe was also mentioned. I love Simcoe, still getting used to Strata (not sure I have had enough to pick it out) and I usually don’t care for Idaho 7.

Poured a medium yellow clear color with 3-to-4 fingers of rocky white head. Could see lots of bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass at different speeds. Almost perfect foamy uneven lacing. Almost perfect retention. (Sight - 4.75)

Smelled dank resin, pine, passion fruit, strawberry, Idaho 7, citrus, papaya, stone fruit, Simcoe, black pepper and hints of garlic. Pretty much the same from the can with the addition of earthy pilsner malt and/or grain. (Smell - 3.75)

Tasted better than the smell. In order got pine, dank resin, weed, Simcoe, Idaho 7, passion fruit, papaya, strawberry, citrus, stone fruit, black pepper, garlic, herbal and earthy malt. (Taste - 4.00)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, spicy finish. (Feel - 4.00)

An outstanding IPA overall. Would definitely have it again. (Overall - 4.00)
