Thanks to @russpowell for sending this my way.
Deep mahogany hue capped by a fluffy khaki colored head that rises just shy of 2 inches and slowly settles in to t thin film. Good retention with slight globular lacing.
Nose is straight up dark coffee. Strong coffee. But hints of earthy roast come in with an ever so gentle fruit note.
Flavor has a coffee forward delivery of traditional imperial stout notes. Like Old Raspy with some coffee thrown in. Not sweet at all. Very earthy, roasty, and deep malt-almost blackstrap molasses deep.
Finish is dryly bitter.

Poured into a Dram Shop IPA-style glass

P deep mahogany/almost black, with just a bit of translucence at the bottom of the glass; 1f foamy tan head
N med nose of coffee w/ a slight nuttiness; dark fruit
T bold coffee over smoky roast; med sweetness and light nuttiness; coffee-centric for sure; tasty and nicely-executed
Mf med-full bodied w/ soft-med carb; lightly creamy
O really well done coffee imp stout; thanks for the opportunity, Russ!

Pours a very effervescent chestnut/mahogany with 2+ fingers of mocha colored head. Good head retention & better lacing

S: Coffee, vanilla, cocoa, sweet cream

T: Combination of coffee and chicory with, some vanilla &, some booze presence a little astringency up front. Medium strength coffee, vanilla, caramel & dryness once warmed up, warming booziness as well. Finishes with vanilla & caramel sweetness, coffee beans & a little bit of woody hops

MF: Medium body, creamy carbonation, that does get a little sharp once the beer warms up

Pretty solid for the style, ABV isn't completely masked on this, still drinks pretty easy
