On draught at Frontier Brewing and Taproom.
Pours a hazy straw yellow with a short lived head of foam. Lacing is minimal.
Fruity sour notes in the smell. Apricot, apple, low on any Saison spices.
Nice level of sourness, fruity, apple cider, apricot, some coriander, tartness grows during the session in a good way.
Medium bodied with medium carbonation, the mouthfeel fits.
Excellent sour that the more I drink, the bigger the apple cider flavour comes out.
