An imperial red ale brewed with lactose, cardamon, coriander, black pepper corns, and mangoes. Yum!

Very interesting fruit beer tried on tap at East West Brewing. Almost reminded me of an IPA. Pours a hazy yellow color with some fluffy white head and nice small sheets of lingering lacing. Smells faintly of mango, lemon, pineapple, grapefruit and orange hops. Also some vanilla, malt, bread and weaker floral hops. Taste follows the nose, good balance and taste was well done - and I don’t normally like mango flavored things. Smooth mild slightly juicy mouthfeel with good carbonation. Pairs well with the spicy Indian fare here. Well done!
