The chant is eternal in baseball lore, “REGGIE! REGGIE! REGGIE!”. A legend was born on October 18th, 1977 in game 6 of the World Series when Mr. October himself took the Dodgers deep 3 times en route to an eventual World Series Championship for the Yankees. This classic Octoberfest Lager is as perfect on the pallet [sic] as Reggie’s swing was to the eye.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours red orange with an off white head. Smells of caramelized grain. Tastes of caramelized grain and fresh fruit. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good veer.

12 oz can poured into a willi becher glass. Pours a light brown/caramel color with a moderately-sized off-white head. Not much lacing. Aroma and flavor feature toasty/bready malt with some caramel sweetness and noble hops. More sweet than bitter, appropriate for the style. Mouthfeel is smooth, creamy, and satisfying. Overall a very solid Märzen.
