Whitish-Gold and hazy in appearance, this traditional Belgian Wit (white) is Wheat-heavy. Light & pillowy, high carbonation and frothy white head. Seasoned with classic Coriander seed, sweet orange peel & GoodLot-harvested Calendula flowers. Slightly sweet, farm-fresh and fruity.

Appearance: Body is a cloudy pale brass that shows some modest carbonation within it. Sadly only produced half a finger of head that immediately disappeared and couldn't lace.
Smell: Smells like a wit should, wheat malt, orange citrus and corriander with a slight floral touch to it. Takes a bit of warming for the floral and corriander to come out, but it's solid.
Taste: Starts with wheat malt with a hint of corriander that gives way to orange notes and finishing with a floral snap. Again, just a solid all around wit, although I would have liked a bit more of a citrus presence myself.
Mouthfeel: Carbonation is solid and helped out most of the beer although gets a bit too aggressive near the middle, drowing out a bit of the citrus. Transistioning is solid and the aftertaste is nice and mixed although corriander and the floral note seem to stand out.
Drinkability: Light bodied, but not light lager light, refreshing and easy to get down although gets a bit gassy once you'd finished it. Just an all around well rounded experience and a solid wit that seems to be a bit of a rarity here in Ontario.
Final Thoughts: Apart from it's appears, this is a solid witbier. Just wish I got it in time to enjoy it during the summer.
