On tap at Väsen in Richmond.
Pours a semi clear orange with fine, soft foam.
Smell is peppery and yeasty with notes of peach and strawberries.
Taste starts classically with yeast and pepperiness, then segues into fruitiness via a nice, balanced bitterness. Notes of peaches, strawberries and lime follow. Long, dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium and rich with sparkling carbonation.
Overall, a very good, modern take on a saison, complex but drinkable.
