On tap at Väsen in Richmond.
Pours a hazy yellow with fine, wispy foam.
Smell is tart and lemony with notes of lemon balm and citrus peel and hints of pepper.
Taste is tart and citrusy, with notes of lemon, pepper, grass and a little bit of bitterness. Quite complex for the style.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very interesting and tasty beer, great to cleanse the palate.
