Clear yellow brew with plenty of foam in the snifter. Light aroma of grain, lemon peel, with pear in the nose. Smooth and spritzy in the mouth. Light flavor of wheat cereal with an herbal note, followed by a faint yeasty bitterness. Overall, rather enjoyable and not overly yeasty. On tap at the brewery restaurant.
