Don't remember the beers but do remember that they were good. Had a few years back. They had just opened when we were there.

32oz crowler canned and purchased for $8 yesterday, along with an order of pulled pork with a side of cornbread (sadly, the price for that was in addition to the $8 for the crowler. TT's is cool, but not THAT cool), all delivered to my car in their parking lot in the southern, almost downright rural portion of Spokane Valley they are located in.
Nice looking beer. A slightly dark, orangey amber, with great clarity. Nice, off-white head with good retention and some nice lace.
Spicy rye notes dominated the aroma, unsurprisingly, with some more conventional bready malt notes. Some grapefruity hop notes as well, but like most rye IPAs the rye rules.
Rye is upfront in the flavor as well, along with a bitter, pithy hoppiness. The back half is more malty than I was expecting, with a big, bready backbone that seems out of place for a PNW beer, but would probably elicit no notice in the Midwest.
Medium bodied, with an oily, resiny mouthfeel.
Nice rye IPA from a brewery that also serves up some great BBQ. I'd made tentative plans to go out to the valley and hit a couple breweries there after my then-next payday, and especially looked forward to dining at TT's. These plans were made before Covid-19 got outta hand. I look forward to coming back, trying other beers, and eating some delicious food.
