Brewed with oats and wheat; Simcoe, El Dorado, Citra hops used. Very small hop addition for bitterness, with the rest added at the end of the boil or to the fermenters. 38 IBUs

Remember the name of most of the beers I had at this brewery, but the BBQ was so good I don't really remember the beers other than that. When I see the names, I remember them.
