L: Hazy marmalade colour with several streams of bubbles but just a smear of head.
S: A smooth, caramel, lightly spicy nose. No hint of vinegar.
T: Tart, resinous and citrusy.
F: Medium body with an oily mouthfeel that balances the light sourness.
O: An intriguing saison. The spruce tips add both citrus flavour and a rich woodsy note. The mouthfeel is relatively full for a farmhouse ale and it smells fantastic. Good stuff.
