Served in a goblet glass at the Eastern Front Brewery in Mattituck, NY.
A: Pours a slightly hazy, golden color with less than one finger head, brief retention to no more than a ring, and little or no lacing.
S: Very low level aromas, slightly reminiscent of fruit.
T: Semidry. Flavor more consistent with banana, red delicious apple, tutti fruity, and spice. Drinks pretty smooth. Very low bitterness.
M: Light bodied with low carbonation.
O: Far off flavor characteristics of an American Pilsner, but drinkable.
