Served on tap into a 16 oz (473 ml) conical pint glass at Eastern Front Brewing Co. in Mattituck, NY.
A: Pour a slight hazy, amber with ruby highlights, a one to two finger, wheat colored head, decent retention, and fairly good lacing.
S: Aromas of caramel malt (light), generic citrus, and melon (cantaloupe).
T: Semidry. Flavors largely follow the nose. Light bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Reminiscent of a Vienna Lager, a very palatable Red Ale. Will be my go to choice going forward.
