Searching for this beer in BeerAdvocate and on the website. Finally found this beer on Untapped and not many people logged into this beer. The beer is 45 degrees and served in tulip glass. A gentle pour of the beer produced a two finger head that is creamy and foamy. The bright white head that dissipated quickly. The head left no lacing on the glass. The color is SRM 4 a straw yellow with amber hues. The clarity of the beer is hazy with yeast.
The initial aroma is the beer tropical and grass notes. Additional aromas are citrus, lemons, grass, yeast, and toasted malt, crackers, and earthy notes.
The initial flavors are grass and tropical and citrus notes. Additional flavors in the beer are citrus, lemons, yeast, toasted malts, crackers, earthy notes, and resins.
The mouthfeel of the beer is astringent and crisp.
The body of the beer is light, medium carbonation, and a medium finish.
The beer is not close to a NEIPA the beer has lots of resin notes. The beer is not as juicy as I had anticipated. I was hoping for more from this beer. Good beer to drink will not seek out again.
