16 FL OZ can
Served in an oversized wine glass
This beer pours a hazy yellow hue. It has a fleeting head.
I'd say that pineapple stands out the most to this guy. I get a nice tart aroma and some salt. Passionfruit and guava usually are easy to pick out. Not in this beer.
Pineapple again rises to the top. Tart and briny. The other tropical fruit are oddly subdued. I would guess there was peach or apricot in this beer before I would have guessed passionfruit or guava.
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
Nice berliner. Not over the top like a lot or bastardized versions of this style.

Appearance - Pours cloudy yellow with a thin white head that quickly settles to nothing. no lacing.
Aroma - Honestly smells like a fruit mixed drink. Lots of mango, pineapple, papaya and passion fruit. Sweet with a little saltiness.
Taste - Really smooth flavors all tropical the pineapple comes through mainly sweet slightly sticky. the guava is all on the finish not too much lactose.
Feel - light bodied pretty syrupy dry finish well carbonated.
Overall - Well done berliner great flavors and aroma.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but was just released this week. Pours very hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy passion fruit, pineapple, pink guava, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of passion fruit, pineapple, guava, fruity/acidic yeast; moderate lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy passion fruit, pineapple, pink guava, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy passion fruit, pineapple, pink guava, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of passion fruit, pineapple, guava, fruity/acidic yeast; moderate lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a fantastic malt, tartness, and tangy fruit balance; with zero puckering flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 6.3%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited milkshake Berliner weisse. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of passion fruit, pineapple, guava, fruity/acidic yeast; moderate lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp/clean to drink, with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic. Awesome balance of juicy fruits and Lacto complexity; with a great lactose and pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.
