A nice, light, refreshing, tasty wheat beer that surprised me by how easily it went down. Tried this one on tap at City Built. Pours medium golden color with a small amount of thin white head and spotty lingering lacing. Smells faintly of wheat, grain and malt. Maybe a trace amount of faint hoppiness at the end. Taste follows the nose, with a very pleasant wheat flavor that doesn’t have the usual overpowering banana and clove notes. Smooth, mild, thin mouthfeel with just enough carbonation. This is not usually my style of beer but this brewery did a great job making this one as sessionable as it gets.
