The alcohol burn is notable, and I detect some slightly off-putting mustiness in the taste, likely from the barrels. I usually really like any barrel-aged beer, and this is a good one, but if Three Hour Stout might be the base beer for this one (assumption), the barrel-aging was wasted. But it's still an interesting and very good beer.
