Had this on tap at the brewery.
Poured black, pitch black with a light brown head that dissipated quickly and left no lacing.
The aroma was cocoa and toast-like malts.
The taste, oh my, I thought the cinnamon would overwhelm the rest but it didn’t at all, just the barest hint around the edges.
The rest was toast covered in chocolate and dipped in coffee. Just really well balanced.
The feel was excellent, viscous enough that I had to sip, but not at all chewy.
OA, I don’t normally like beer with molè or cinnamon as those flavors tend to dominate, but in this they are barely noticeable. Which may be an issue for some, but not for me.
