L - Light amber color with a one finger white head and light lacing.
S - Nose of light earthiness and pepper with a layer of fruit.
T - Taste follows the nose with a bit of malt and slight lingering pepperiness on the finish.
F - Light - moderate body with moderate carbonation. Not full bodied to me as described at the brewery.
O - Drinkable but this needs some work to compete with the better Saisons on the market.
