Dark reddish-copper body topped with a thick, sticky head. Warm, hearty, nutty aroma. Fine lightly roasted flavor with some nutty qualities; semi-sweet with a mild bitterness. Medium body; soft and gentle on the palate with a quiet sweetness.
A very fine American brown ale, robust, woody, with a mildly sweet character infused with nut-like quality.
