Pretty tasty. Had less malt and caramel sweetness than I was expecting and more hop floral spiciness, but still enjoyable.

Clear, golden colored body; light carbonation; very thin yet persistent head, a bit creamy; patchy blobs of foam spot the glass interior. Excellent noble hop aroma, a bit spicy, a little floral. Clean taste; cracker-like malt base; moderate hop bitterness with a light spicy edge. Light body with a touch of velvety smoothness; fairly dry mouthfeel.

This is a pretty tasty pilsner. Bitterness might be more along German pils lines (being a bit bolder), yet it has depth and character and easily pleases one's taste buds.

ABV: 5.3%; served at 49.7° F. Crowler canned May 11th, 2021.
