A clean finishing lager with a fairly pronounced hop aroma balanced with subtle malt sweetness.

Dark amber body, clear; excellent carbonation; fairly thick head, bone-white, densely sudsy; sticky web of foam coats the glass. Wonderful lightly roasted grain nose; toffee. The taste amplifies what the aroma hints at; toasted grain notes leaning towards toffee flavor; light nutty quality; light spiciness and moderate bitterness add depth and complexity; a subtle suggestion of cinnamon in the background. Medium-heavy body; lightly chewy and sticky on the palate.
This is a fantastic amber ale. A nice mix of robust, sticky sweetness with a fine hop bitterness.
