Our house IPA aged on freshly harvested hops from our friends at One Eleven Neighborhood Farm in Colorado Springs, CO. Our standard IPA hops- Warrior, Amarillo, Centennial, Willamette Additional fresh hop varieties- Comet, Galena, Chinook, Sorachi Ace.

Clear, golden hued; light carbonation; thin, white head, long lasting. Pleasant scent; grassy and herbal. Clean taste; light malt; cracker; peppery and mildly spicy; medium-light hop bitterness. Medium body; crisp.
A fine local fresh hop India pale ale. Balanced and easy drinking.
