L:. Pours a slightly hazy caramel orange brown with a medium white head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Spicy yeast, pepper, slight note of the squash and sweet caramel malt.
T:. Crackers malt, spicy yeast, black pepper and coriander, note of squash and sweet malt, a little caramelly, some medium bitterness.
F:. Prickly carbonation and medium body.
O:. This is a very nice winter saison type beer.
