I enjoy Belgians, and this one took a minute for me to warm up to it, literally. The first sip was a bit less than I expected, as I was anticipating something just a little sweeter. But as the beer warmed up it really brought out the full flavor profile. This is a solid dubbel, and I'd get it again now that I know what it does.
