These guys broke out a bourbon barrel-aged Belgian quad, and it's very good. It's got a really nice dark color, but not an overwhelmingly strong smell, and a very bourbon-forward flavor. I didn't believe it was 12.5% because it drank pretty easily and didn't taste like a booze bomb. This is one of their best beers and I hope they do more in this realm in the future.
