This beer is described as a double dry-hopped Kolsch, and that almost put it in the Helles category from the glass I had. It's interesting, definitely a little more bitter and hoppier than a typical Kolsch and a bit higher ABV as well. The mild sweetness really isn't there on the front end, and then the hops take over on the back end. This was an experiment and I think one that they could do again with a little bit of adjustment to the amount of hops used.
