Tasted in a tall tulip from draft at 1840 Brewing Company on February 23, 2019. Features a saison yeast, French Aramis hops in the boil, a DDH of Calista hops and a base recipe which includes spelt. Packed full of yeast derived flavors including pepper, clove, citrus, pink bubblegum, cedar, crackers and honey.
