This cashmere hopped table beer “Table Book” conditioned in our oak barrel called “The Mothership” for 10 months before being racked onto over 3.5#/gal of Blueberries in May of 2024. Bottled in October of 2024 and carbonated naturally in the bottle with Champagne yeast.
