The description for this beer is pretty much a German style Pale Ale brewed with typical lager yeasts. What you get is a really interesting blend between the styles. The body is slightly hazy, with light bread on the nose. Bit of a citrus tang to balance out the biscuity piece. Some farmhouse and rustic elements in here too. Overall a fine ale for a cool, crisp Chicago evening in fall.

Had on draft at Half Acre Brewing Company
Poured a very opaque straw color in the glass with a solid one finger head. Good lacing all throughout drinking this.
It had a very light smell to it, customary of pilsners, with a bit of floral characteristics showing through. Surprisingly I noted some herbal and danky undertones, very inviting.
Taste was a lot of crackery malt, very crisp and clean finish with the light flowery flavor present in the aroma.
Strong and tart, with a very dry finish, I made mental connections with dried pieces of fruit and white wine.
I enjoyed this one, not as much as Pony, but enough to toss a review on here for them.
