Tasted in a 16 oz snifter from draft at Consume on December 20, 2016. Look is bright gold with a thin white head and spotty lacing. Smell and taste is a great balance of fruity hops and pale malts. Feel is light in body but not in a bad way. Recommended.

Thanks to Thomas & Jenny for this one!
Bright saturated orange, lightly hazy. compact layer of foam, minimal spotty lacing.
Citrus pith and peel in the aroma, not far outside their usual repertoire to be honest.
Taste is moderately bitter, plenty of orange pith and zest, vaguely juicy with a lingering bitter citrus zest.
Light to medium bodied, easy drinking. Not an NE IPA like everybody wants to project.
Just an everyday, solid drinking IPA like Half Acre has been putting out for awhile now...

Citra plus galaxy. You can not go wrong. Tropical sunshine in your mouth.

Poured into a teku from a howler. Thin head and lacing, slight haze. Juicy citrus forward that has a lingering orange peel essence on the tongue, showcasing a bouquet of bright citra, amarillo and galaxy hops. This is definitely a new fav from HA.

A new release at the brewery in a growler fill poured in my 13oz. Half Acre tulip for the review. I was told this is a new beer using Citra hops and English yeast.
Look- Pours a semi cloudy gold color leaving a finger of rapidly settling white foam that leaves behind some lacing.
Smell- Citrus juice including grapefruit, orange zest and some pineapple. There is a hint of spice and mint hidden in the back.
Taste- Grapefruit, passionfruit a hint of orange zest and some pepper-like spiciness in the finish. Some floral notes creep through as well.
Feel- Slick, light and easy on the palate.
Overall- Quite a tasty sessionable beer and great alternative to the heavier IPA's for summer. A pleasant mix of citrus and floral with a slight hint of spice. A great candidate for cans next summer!
