Not sure about the categorization, I would say this is a stupendous regular lager versus a middling Pilsner. Either way it's decently priced and a fantastic light summer beer. I can forgive the mixed labeling on this one.

Canned 12/14/21; drank 3/6/22 @ the Yarchives.
See-through pale yellow appearance.
A violent pour yielded a big, noisy white head; frothy lace.
Roasted corn, Chardonnay & mild wheat notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel. Sweet corn & mild caramel flavors up front; wheat notes on the finish.
I wish it were a touch lighter, but it's flavorful and not dull. I'd have another.

Slightly clear light orange gold appearance.
At least average carbonation with about a medium body.
Aroma is cereal, grain, maltbread with some mild floral earthy hops.
Taste was very similar to aroma,a little sweet with an equally mild hop bite. Grain, cereal, with some citrus.
Really nice lager that was better than most lagers I've had. Would get this again.

Pours a hazy yellow, nice head faded quickly, nice lacing. Smells of biscuits, grain and mild hops. Flavors are mild nothing stands out, but they work. Thin, nicely carbonated, crushable. A nice summertime beer.

Taste: crackers slight crisp, mellow and thin, only slightly tangy. Citrus lemon yeast bread nose. Bright gold hue, clear with white delicate head and ring lattice. light body. Which it had more robustness.

Pale yellow with thin white head. Nose is muted sweet malt and maybe some lemon. Taste is similar, sweet malt and hints of lemon and pith. Body is light with medium carbonation. Ends crisp. Basically a nice adjust lager, but I don’t know about a pils?

Poured from a 12 oz. can into a pilsner glass. Clear pale straw color with a foamy half-finger head and good carbonation. Faint scents of corn and other unidentified graininess. Tastes of grassiness and herbal hops, along with some bready malts. Surprisingly pleasant buttery mouthfeel, though I'm not sure if that's appropriate for the style. I'm usually put off by American-made Pilsners and the style is not my favorite, but this is a very balanced, approachable attempt at the style and one I will keep coming back to.

Half Acre makes good beer and this was no exception. It was light but maybe a touch heavier than a typical Pilsner. The taste was sweeter than I expected and sweeter than most Pilsners I've had. Very easy drinking. A good beer.

Clear golden body topped by white bubbly. Aroma of fresh hops, grass, and a touch of citrus. Tastes of grass, light citrus, honey grain, and clean bitterness. Light bodied with light carbonation.
