Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Red Session. Aroma is acidic, fruity, funky and woody. Taste is sour, acidic and dry with some vinegar and fermented fruit notes.

Tasted in a goblet from a 750 ml bottle at Half Acre Beer Company on March 9, 2018. A blend of mature wild beer from our Wyld Cove, made up of 50% fresh California red wine barrels, 25% third use bourbon barrels, and 25% two year old barrel stock selected for its complex brett and oak presence. After blending, it was aged 6 weeks on second use Montmorency and Balaton cherries. Nice complexity, tannin and color.
