Move Through The Hills Like A Ghost features a base beer of pilsner, wheat, oats and aged hops, fermented in freshly emptied Italian Marsala puncheons using our house culture.
The beer pours bright orange, with aromas of hay, jasmine and honey. A pillowy mouth feel delivers layers of lemon rind, earth and wood with balanced acidity and funk.
A mixed fermentation offering ~ the name was inspired by a trip to Yakima Valley during last year's hop harvest. The beer has a base of Pilsner, wheat, oats and aged hops, fermented in freshly emptied Italian Marsala puncheons using our house culture.

Both sours I have had by HA recently really are fun because of their subtle flavoring and composition. Here smell indicates a delicate lemon and acidic forward beer, which is true, but the smell also has honey sweetness, flowers, and some mild spice to it. Taste is very acidic, and has that lemon in a drier way, but also has plenty of funk, earthiness, oak and orange. Feel is acidic, delicate, and dry.
