Tasted in a snifter from draft at the Half Acre Beer Company on May 18, 2018. Brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malts, two types of wheat and rye then hopped with noble varieties. Fermented eight weeks in French Oak. Aromas of spice and whole wheat bread with honeycomb, strawberry and balancing acidity.
