Had on tap. The sweetness from the lactose brought a great balance to the sweetness from the fruits. Never heard of Buddha Hand, but it is delicious, while also getting orange, lemon, melon, pineapple, all culminating in a sherbet like taste. Smooth, thick, and creamy, this was a delightful dessert brew for summer.

Draft at Half-Acre Lincoln tap room.
Medium foam head upon pour. Light amber, clear appearance. Got a good bit of lemon flavor, but also some dry vegetative and/or earthy note. A bit bitter aftertaste, with a drier and crisp feel.

Tasted in a Half Acre Haze Master glass from a howler on July 4, 2018. Brewed with lactose and Buddha's Hand fruit. A well made beer that has a nice balance of sweet and bitter acidity.
