2 row, pale malt, oats and red wheat in the mash plus Mosaic, Cashmere, and Idaho 7 in the kettle. Pulled together in the cellar with an English yeast profile, we finished the job with two dry hop additions of Mosaic Cryo, Cashmere and Idaho 7.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on October 7, 2018. Brewed with 2 row, pale malt, oats and red wheat in the mash plus Mosaic, Cashmere, and Idaho 7 hops in the kettle. Notes of ripe tropical fruit. Soft mouthfeel.
