Brewed with a base of wheat, oats, and a host of specialty malts, Red Raspberry LOAM was fermented and aged 13 months in neutral oak and conditioned for six weeks on fruit from Seedling Farms in Michigan.
Black cherry jello with baked biscuit and reduced berry jam, this beer has a distinct velvety mouthfeel and uniform acidity.

Ruby red clean pour. Aromas capture the great interaction between the oak, raspberry with both jam and seed tones, and light barrel funk. Taste matches the nose, but the funk has more of a yogurt flavor now, light malt anchors with the bright oak. Feel is sour with lingering acidity and playful funkiness, lighter bodied yet demands you have a slow sip. Great for springtime
