Collaboration with Maine Beer Company
Brewed with Blue Ox Pale and Vienna malts, from a craft maltster in Maine, plus a hefty dose of hops on the hot side. Dry hopped on three occasions with Amarillo, Citra, Cashmere and 06297 ~ this DIPA is pounded with good fortune, grapefruit marmalade and star fruit.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a growler on October 19, 2018. Very good, but I was hoping for more from the collaboration. Fruit notes are very subtle.

10/14/18 (Chicago): $8 16 oz draft pour into standard pint glass at the Half Acre Balmoral Avenue Brewery. Light golden blond pour, Light fruity aroma, grapefruit. Dry bitter mouth feel and fruit taste. Enjoyed a lot. Overall good pour.
