A blend of 20 month barrel aged saison, 16 month Belgian Blonde and a young beer from our foeder, Cay Hut was then refermented with strawberry, pineapple and mango purees, and conditioned atop toasted coconut for increased body and texture. Bright orange and fully hazed with medium-high acid and energetic aromas of fresh squeezed orange juice and overripe mango mingled with squished banana and raw herb.

Looks like neon orange mango juice, a foamy head lingers momentarily.
Initial aroma has a hint of slight sulfur, but it fades quickly into pineapple, mango, guava, and coconut. Super tropical.
Tart and juicy with mango, pineapple, and mild coconut in the background. Hints of oaky vanilla, acidic initially and dry in the finish. Moderate carb, though it almost drinks more like juice or a cocktail.
Cool stuff, tropical with oaky barrel hints. Not quite as crazy as Bon Hut, but it’s pretty solid in it’s own right.
2nd edition 2021: Peach and passionfruit added, still looks and smells like mango juice. Very sour due to the passionfruit, very tropical juice-like.
