Draft at Half-Acre (Lincoln). Clear light amber-yellow color. A good amount of foam upon pour. Bit grassy. Lemony. Crisp. Light.

Tasted in a Spiegelau pilsner glass from a one pint can on December 2, 2018. Brewed in collaboration with Fonta Flora Brewery, this pils is a crown of subtlety. The malt bill is a blend of Illinois grown Pilsner barley and Vienna from a small malt house in North Carolina. Whole leaf zuper saazer from Michigan went into the hot side, we fermented and lagered with our house lager strain and dry hopped with Mandarina. For conceptual spunk, we passed this beer through large rocks that were driven here from Fonta's farm brewery in North Carolina. A cohesive blend of orange zest, grass and slight minerality.
