L - IPA brewed with lactose, coconut, vanilla, and peach rooibos tea. Yikes. Quite a combination. Pours a pale, milky shade of darkish, pinkish pineapple juice. Minimal head, but leaves a solid ring.
S - yep, that's peach. Almost toes the tart peach candy line you'd find in a Hudson Valley sour IPA. Coconut adds a playful fruity vibe that jives surprisingly well with the peach. Vanilla lactose smooths it all out with some whipped cream heft. Gotta say, it smells like it says on the tin.
T - again, the peach tea and coconut overpower. Peach without the typical candy-like artificial sweetness. Errs more toward the sour side of things.. peach flesh, but still retains tightly packaged sweetness courtesy of the coconut. Hints of stainless steel and ripe orange. Melon candy with a sharp, tingly bitterness. Not terribly in your face hoppiness, but is rather... pointy. Pretty dry to top it all off.
F - was hoping for a bit more viscosity thanks to the lactose, but it still holds up. Low carbonation and a silky feel complement the flavor well enough.
O - this is certainly a gimmick beer, but it delivers on what it promises. It's kinda hard to taste anything other than the plentiful main ingredients, so apologies for the "no shit Sherlock" review. It's unique and the flavors are a bit disjointed at times, but I dig weird, so I can dig this.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
